Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Support Sales Representatives in presale processes, including proposal preparation, account research, and coordinating documentation. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align internal resources and timelines for client needs. Monitor project deliverables and deadlines, ensuring all milestones are met with quality and efficiency. Maintain a deep understanding of client goals to offer tailored solutions and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Prepare regular reports on account health, project status, and key metrics. Proactively manage issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Keep all activity and communication properly documented in the CRM system. Participate in virtual meetings, calls, and client follow-ups during working hours (9AM–5PM EST).
