Internship Overview
We are looking for 5 motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Business Development Internship Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, market research, strategy development, and client communication, while contributing to the growth of multiple brands under ROI Holding.
Note: This internship is unpaid, but bonuses will be awarded based on individual performance and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Assist in developing business strategies and sales plans
- Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Support the team in client onboarding and communication
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams across ROI Holding companies
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client meetings
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for business expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Open to applicants aged 16 and above
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields (not mandatory for younger applicants)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in English and one of the local languages (Albanian or Macedonian)
