Job Summary:
As a Marketing Expert at ROI Holding, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and
optimizing marketing strategies across multiple brands. You will work closely with our internal
teams to increase visibility, generate leads, and build powerful brand identities across various
markets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
● Create engaging content for social media, email, blog, and website platforms
● Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
● Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports and insights
● Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
● Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to align marketing efforts
● Contribute to brand growth in Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, and international
markets
Requirements:
● Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
● Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email
Marketing)
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
● Creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking
