Position Description:
ROI Academy is looking for professionals with more than 4 years of experience in their field to share knowledge and create practical and standardized training for our students in Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Main Responsibilities:
- Creating training content in your area of expertise (structure, lessons, exercises and supporting materials).
- Holding physical or online trainings according to schedules agreed with ROI Academy.
- Creating interactive modules and multimedia materials for online trainings.
- Adapting materials in accordance with the needs of the basic and/or advanced level.
- Assessing and mentoring participants throughout the training period.
- Collaborating with the academy team for the continuous development and improvement of the teaching programs.
Required Criteria:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Proven presentation, communication and mentoring skills.
- Experience in preparing educational materials is an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and developing new talents.
- Flexibility to work with different groups and adapt teaching style according to student needs.
Training areas must be proposed by the applicant.
